WEDDINGS Many guests have chosen our cabin for their weddings and we're always thrilled to host them! No extra fees. TRAFFIC/ROADS This property is conveniently located in the heart of Wears Valley. You can get to the cabin without any steep or winding roads. Motorcycle enthusiasts – we are located just down the hill from Foothills Parkway! FREE PARKING The two private driveways provide ample parking for multiple SUVs, RVs, buses and trailers. ★ OPTIONAL SERVICES (additional cost) ★ ✹ PETS We welcome pets of all sizes, but ask that they be house-trained, recently groomed/cleaned, and up to date on their flea and tick medicines. We charge a $200 pet fee which covers up to 2 pets, and then $100 per additional pet. Please note: these fees would be on top of the booking fee. Please contact the host if you plan to bring more than 2 pets. ✹ POOL Water temp is set at 84 degrees, but can be increased to 87 degrees with an extra charge of $35/day (*must be increased for the entire stay). ✹ Outdoor park style grill is free to use. However, charcoal is not provided ✹ Private outdoor fire pit is free to use. However, firewood is not provided This luxury lodge can be utilized year-round and is conveniently located near Pigeon Forge (approximately 14 minutes) and Gatlinburg's trendy restaurants, retail, attractions such as Dollywood, wineries, and hiking trails. It is only less than 4mi away from the back entrance of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. TRAFFIC/ROADs This property is conveniently located in the heart of Wears Valley. You can easily get to the cabin WITHOUT any steep or winding road, which is critical during rainy or snowing days in this area. PRIVATE PARKING The private driveway has ample parking for multiple SUVs, RVs, buses and trailers. WATER The cabin uses private well water that goes through a water treatment system before reaching the faucets. There might be a slight smell that is typical of well water. We would not recommend showering with jewelry on. DISCLAIMER: In case of inclement weather, unexpected events, or necessary repairs, certain amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity. We work hard to make all visits as enjoyable as possible, but because we are located in the mountains near a National Park, there may be animals and bugs around. We have monthly pest control but that doesn't guarantee they don't sneak in sometimes! You might also see bears around – for your safety, please stay away and do not feed them. Please also avoid keeping food in the car as the bears here are smart and can get into unlocked (and sometimes locked) vehicles. Because the above situations are out of our control, we do not provide refunds for them.
