Introduction
Welcome to Dahlia Vacation Rentals. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions, designed to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all guests.

1. Booking and Reservations

• All bookings are subject to availability and require confirmation with a valid credit card.
• A deposit is required to secure your reservation, with the remaining balance due 35 days prior to check-in.
• Guests must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation.

2. Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM.
• Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to additional charges.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 30 days prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made 14-29 days prior to check-in will incur a 50% charge of the total booking amount.
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in are non-refundable.

4. Property Use

• Our properties are designed to accommodate large groups seeking an upscale experience, offering luxury yet affordable cabins and homes with mountain or lake views, themed rooms, and proximity to popular attractions like Smoky Mountains or Disney parks.
• Guests have access to house and resort amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, a picturesque waterfall, and putt-putt golf. We ask that you respect these facilities and use them responsibly.
• Each property features beautifully decorated open living spaces, perfect for relaxation after a day exploring local attractions.

5. House Rules

• No smoking is allowed inside any of our properties.
• Parties and events are prohibited without prior approval from Dahlia Vacation Rentals.
• Guests are expected to maintain the property in a clean and orderly condition and to report any damages immediately.

6. Liability

• Dahlia Vacation Rentals is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or using its facilities.
• We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.

7. Maintenance and Repairs

• Guests are required to promptly report any maintenance issues or damages to the property.
• Dahlia Vacation Rentals will address reported issues as quickly as possible to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction.

8. Compliance with Laws

• All guests must comply with local, state, and federal laws during their stay.
• Any illegal activity will result in the immediate termination of the rental agreement without a refund and may result in legal action.

9. Changes to Terms & Conditions

• Dahlia Vacation Rentals reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Guests will be notified of any significant changes prior to their stay.
